Come springtime, I am truly happier for many reasons. One of those reasons is baseball! This past weekend, my dad, Sandra, Ryan, and my friend Burry and I went to the Atlanta Braves v. Nationals game. After the game, Big & Rich played a free concert! Dierks Bentley was originally supposed to play, but was unable to. Burry was a little sad because she loves Dierks. I was just excited to hear free music.
This was the most crowded I've ever seen the stands at Nationals Stadium. We looked up the stats after the game and it said 41,042 attended-that's 98% full! Wow! What a game! One reason for that might be that the great pitcher Stephen Starsburg pitched. I was so excited because I hadn't seen him pitch since he joined the team last year. Games are always so crowded when he pitches and then he was injured. So it was a nice surprise to get to see him!
