Baby's First Christmas

Christmas was quiet with just my family here in Virginia. William cried pretty much all Christmas day. Lovely, I know. He even managed to throw up all over me...note to self, in those early days, bring an extra pair of clothes for the baby and for myself! So all my Christmas photos I'm wearing whatever shirt I happen to find at my parents that fit.

The weekend after Christmas, Matt and I headed down to Fredericksburg to visit with his family. It was such a good trip. All of Matt's siblings were in town. His dad and Carla were so excited to see William, and William was so good. William was so good for Carla. He was even "talking" to her. Too cute! This was the first big car trip we took with William and he did well. I did sit in the back seat though to make sure we made it there with as little crying as possible.
