Monday Motivation: Healthy Life

I need a little Monday motivation myself to really kick it in gear and start eating and living healthy again. The truth is, I didn't really gain much weight during my pregnancy. I was already so overweight. So when I had William, after a few weeks, I was actually about 25 pounds lighter than when I got pregnant! Well, many nights of a 24-hour clock and constant snacking on what I could eat easily...I've kept that horrible habit and gained so much weight back. Time to get real and get healthy!
