My life-long friend Ashley is going to be a mom! I couldn't be more excited. Spring has been busy for her and Daniel. Mom and I went to their baby shower in May and then we made it a family affair when we attend their wedding reception in June (their original wedding date).Her and Daniel picked a great caterer (the same that Matt and I used for our wedding). Ironically, I hadn't told her about them before she picked them. Such good BBQ, among other things.Thanks Ash for sharing your leftovers; we can't wait to enjoy some more brisket. Yum!
Now with all the events complete, baby Makayla can come any time now. Ashley is really due on July 19 (my dad's birthday), but we can't wait. Hurry up, we want to meet you!
