2012 brings new beginnings for me. I will soon start a new job! I'm very excited and grateful for the opportunity at this new position, Communications Manager at the Council for Exceptional Children. I believe it's a great fit from where I come from and a huge promotion. I'm hopeful for a job that is rewarding and challenging and one that I love.
As I am on the verge of a new beginning, I am also very sad to leave NCTM. I've been here for nearly four years and I truly have loved it (most days!) and have learned and grown so much in my time here. I am thankful for such an great first full-time job with amazing coworkers.
So here's to taking a bit of risk to hopefully a chance at a better career and better life! Happy 2012!
