You Stay Classy, San Diego!

I have now ventured where I have never gone before-cross country! I made my first trip to the West coast last month when I took a business trip to San Diego. My company's Annual Meeting was there for a week. Although it was a little cold and rainy, it was a great trip!

San Diego is definitely a cool town. We stayed at the Hyatt, which overlooked the Bay and was walking distance to the Convention Center, the Gaslamp District, Seaport Village, and the baseball stadium! I even to got to make a quick trip to the world-famous zoo. Their zoo puts the D.C. zoo to shame. They have koalas, which are super cute and so much smaller than I imagined.

So much to see, so little fun time when there's a conference to run. I think it was a successful trip though and now I can say I've traveled across the country! :)
